Southern Baked Rice

From Dawn
Serves 8 to 10

*2 cups rice
*2 tbsp butter
*2 1/2 tsp salt
*2 cans beef broth, plus 1/2 can water
*1/2 cup chopped almonds

Saute rice in butter and salt, stirring constantly until golden brown. Add liquid and nuts. Place in a greased casserole and bake in oven at 325 for one hour.
