*2 medium sweet potatoes
*2 tbsp olive oil
*1 tsp chili powder
*salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 425. Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges. Toss potatoes with oil, chili powder and 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Roast until browned and tender, 15-20 minutes.
