Mediterranean Tuna Melt

Serves 4

*12 oz. canned tuna
*1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
*1/4 cup minced red onion
*1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
*1/4 cup green olives, chopped
*2 tbsp capers, rinsed
*1 tbsp olive oil
*1 tbsp Dijon mustard
*salt and pepper
*1 baguette, split lengthwise
*1/2 cup Parmesan, grated

Heat broiler. In a bowl, combine first eight ingredients (through mustard); season with salt and pepper.

Lay bread, cut side up, on a baking sheet; top with tuna mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Broil until golden, 2 to 4 minutes. Cut into pieces; serve.
