Ruby Fruit Salad


Adapted from Everyday Food Magazine
Serves 2

*3 tablespoons light brown sugar
*juice of one lime
*2 plums, pitted and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
*1 1/2 cups cherries, halved and pitted
*1/2 pint blueberries
*2 tbsp mint

In a medium bowl, stir sugar and lime juice and let stand 10 minutes. Add the fruit and mint and toss to combine.
