Pesto Pea Salad

Serves 4 to 6
From Barefoot Contessa At Home

*1/4 lb. baby spinach leaves
*10 oz. package frozen peas, defrosted
*1/2 cup prepared pesto
*1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
*1 tsp salt
*2 tbsp toasted pine nuts

Wash and dry the spinach leaves. Place the spinach and peas in a large bowl. Add pesto and parmesan and sprinkle with salt. Toss well, sprinkle with pine nuts and serve.
